Wayne Morges, Ph.D.
Vice President Regulatory Affairs & Quality

Dr. Morges holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Hahnemann University and B.S. and M.S. degrees from Penn State University. Prior to joining PharmAthene, Dr. Morges was the Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, Vaccines for Baxter Healthcare, Inc., responsible for the global registration of a new meningitis vaccine in 35 countries. He also worked with Acambis to deliver a new smallpox vaccine to the Strategic National Stockpile. Previously, Dr. Morges worked at Merck holding various positions of increasing responsibility in their vaccine division including the head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs for licensed Biologicals.
